Situated beside the open kitchen with views into the chef’s butcher kitchen, we have the very unique opportunity to engage with our chefs. Our talented culinary team delivers unique Chef’s Menus and interactive dinner parties designed to provide a one-of-a-kind experience.

    Flexible Floorplan
    Our butcher top tables can be arranged into a long banquet table or multiple smaller arrangements and floorplans are designed with our Event Manager to your specifications.

    Customized Menus
    Menus can be specially curated to include seasonal and high-end ingredients, accommodate dietary requirements or personal preference, and include cocktail and wine pairings. 

    Guest Room Booking (based on availability)
    Assistance with booking guest rooms in the ALT Hotel University District at a preferred rate is available.

    We offer market-driven dishes that draw from Italian and Portuguese traditions while prioritizing seasonal, artisanal, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Our menus feature fresh pastas, house-cured meats, rotisserie prime rib of Alberta beef, and butcher cuts that are proudly showcased in our custom meat lockers. We also offer sustainable, Ocean Wise seafood options and a wide variety of vegetable-forward sharing plates under the "Butcher's Daughter" section of our menus. Our University District menu also exclusively features artisan pizzas that can be enjoyed in our lounge or main dining room.

    Owners Connie and John make it a priority to forge personal connections with local farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers in Alberta to not only source the highest quality ingredients, but also to strengthen and support local businesses and ignite a collaborative spirit throughout the city.

    Our beverage program is carefully curated and ever-evolving, featuring a rotating wine selection in partnership with Market Wines, signature ingredient-driven cocktails, and our very own collaborative craft beer.

    We are happy to accommodate custom food or beverage requests. From traditional to cultural requests, we ensure your menu reflects your story! Any guests with dietary restrictions, preferences, or allergies are provided with modifications or unique creations.
